My Approach

  • I personally run your deal. This is not a large agency where the partner is just around for the sales call. I won’t hand you off to a junior associate or assistant. When you work with me you get me hustling for your deal. I only take on a handful of deals per year and I try to hit each one out of the park.
  • Streamlined process: Many investment banks and other M&A advisors need 6-8 months of lead time to launch a deal. I use a streamlined, common sense approach where we test the market before committing to a full process. If there is a lot of buyer interest we can move forward. If not, you can go back to business and not waste time pursuing an unsuccessful sale.
  • Competitive Bidding Process: I cast a wide net to bring the most buyers to the table, and then run a very competitive bidding process to produce the highest possible offers.
  • Success Fees Only.¬† Unlike most brokers or advisors I don’t charge any upfront fees or retainers. I only get paid if I succeed in getting you a great deal that actually closes. For this reason I only take on a few deals per year.
